What You’ll Do:

  • Help local families and businesses protect what matters — homes, vehicles, lives, and livelihoods.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Deliver fast, friendly, expert-level service that customers can count on.
  • Offer guidance on policies in a way that’s clear, honest, and tailored to each client.
  • Handle quotes, billing questions, and policy updates with professionalism and care.
  • Collaborate with a close-knit, upbeat team that supports each other and celebrates wins.
Requirements:

  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
